Tsangs Group’s Bridge ME Signs Agreement to Connect Middle East with Plant-Based Meat Provider Green Monday Following COP28 UAE

Following the successful participation at the 28th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (“COP28”) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), Tsangs Group’s strategic advisory vehicle Bridge ME Limited and Green Monday Holdings, the Asian pioneer in plant-based movement and food technology innovation agreed to transform the green visions expressed at Hong Kong Climate Day during COP28 into action by entering into a partnership. The partnership is supported by the Hong Kong Ambassadors Club (“HKAC”).

In response to the pressing challenges of climate change, food insecurity, public health crises, planetary devastation, and animal welfare, the partnership strategically aims to elevate global awareness of plant-based meat’s environmental benefits, expand Tsangs Group’s investment into green and environmental funds, and transform Green Monday into a globally recognised sustainable food brand. With the support of Bridge ME, Green Monday is poised to expand into the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa markets).
