(“Color Star”, NASDAQ: HHT) which is currently publicly traded in the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in the US. Color Star is the first “Future Star Creation” platform of its kind through offering of online and offline innovative education services in collaboration with top artists and celebrities globally in the music and entertainment industry.
Under the Strategic Advisory Agreement, Tsangs Group will provide strategic advisory services to Color Star including introduction of collaboration opportunities, management consultancy services and public relations etc.
