Andre Kwok completed his Master degree from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Over the years, he has devoted himself to smart city technology, social innovation, and the development of emerging markets. In 2016, he founded the Good City Foundation, facilitating public-private partnership, urban transformation, social and tech innovation, and impact investing through initiatives such as “Future City Summit”.
In 2022, he was appointed a Fellow of Global Urban Transformation at the World Economic Forum and invited by the HKSAR Government’s Chief Executive’s Policy Unit as Co-Investigator in the Public Policy Research Funding Scheme. He is also the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Ambassadors Club.
